About Steve Liddle and Remax Legend Real Estate Inc

My name is Steve Liddle and I have grown up in a tourism family and have devoted the past 17 years to the tourism industry in Northern Ontario. I have been successfully operating our family's fly-in fishing lodges in three different parts of the province and I have a solid understanding of all aspects of running a profitable tourism operation.

My experience as a commercial pilot has allowed me to see many remote sections of the province, and in so doing I have viewed many of the opportunities available for tourism.

Marketing these properties became my specialty and ensuring we were at the cutting edge of internet development ensured that we were consistently attracting the new business that made our company a success. In 2005 Liddle's Fishing Adventures was awarded "Company of the Year" by the Northern Ontario Business Awards. This was a huge honor to be recognized among northern Ontario's leading and most progressive companies.

Over the years I have be an active participant in the industry with membership in NOTO, Northern Ontario Tourist Outfitter Association, a four year committee member of the provinces Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership's Outdoor Product committee, and a board member of the Ontario's Near North Travel Region.

I am following in the footsteps of my Uncle Roger who has operated N.O.R.T.H. Realty for the past 20 years, selling hundreds of fishing and hunting lodges, resorts, campgrounds, and trailer parks, marinas, air services, outpost operations, motels, hotels and restaurants all across northern Ontario. Roger and I communicate regularly and he is always available for advise and assistance with real estate issues.
